Ashland to Redwood NP

We only had to drive about 2 hours on Day 16! It was wonderful! Once in Redwood National Park, the trees were magnificent! We got one of the last camping spots in Jedediah Smith campground.

I feel like my eyes were closed most of the day. I slept in the car, helped set up camp, then took a nap, ate dinner, then went to sleep for the night. I was having on and off bouts of nausea and chills. Maybe the healing waters of Jackson Wellsprings stimulated some cleansing of my system?

Steve & the kids went on a hike through one of the Redwood groves that they really enjoyed. We will explore more of the park today and head to Lassen Volcanic NP this afternoon.
