How was your Easter? Ours was nice. My parents came over on Saturday evening & treated us to a night out at Maudie's Tex-Mex. Stephen was very grateful to my father for bringing his TV, so that they wouldn't miss out on their soap opera...ahem, I mean March Madness. I have to admit that I did enjoy the UT game on Sunday or was it the nap on the couch during the game I enjoyed so much??? Sam & Maya devoured their chocolate bunnies on Sunday while telling Grandpa how his "brain was rotting away by watching TV."

Sam & Snow Leopard Racing for eggsThe kids & I participated in a Cub Scout volleyball lesson on this fine afternoon which was "sandwiched" between two free meals at the new Panera Bread. The news of Panera Bread giving away free food was leaked onto a homeschool newsgroup which resulted in a feeding frenzy. We ran into 8 fellow homeschooling families yesterday all enjoying the delectable bread & sumptuous sweets. (Does it taste better when it is FREE?)
