As of May 23rd, our VW Eurovan belongs to Pierre and his happy family. The van will have a new life in Portland, Oregon with two other little squirts. We ended the e-bay auction on the van early, because Pierre offered us $500 more than what we bought the van for 2 1/2 years ago. Sometimes things work out just right!
We are now the proud owners of a beautiful Toyota 4Runner! We have not named it yet, but we have taken it on its first canoeing adventure for MGF weekend. We got a good deal on it and still have enough of the van proceeds left over to buy a pop-up camper and gear.
It feels so good when things just fall into place :-)
AMEN, Sister! Things do seem to be falling into place for the Texas Hopes. Your new wheels are beautiful and look quite natural with a canoe on top! Congratulations!
